Active Investor Plus (AIP) visa tailored investment solutions
A requirement of the AIP visa is that you make qualifying investments in the New Zealand ecosystem. Depending on the category of the investment you are required to invest USD2.9 million* - USD5.8 million* over a three-year or five-year period.

USD2.9 million*: if investing directly into approved New Zealand businesses or Managed Funds ('Growth' category).

USD5.8 million*: if investing into Bonds, Listed Equities, Property Development or Philanthropy ('Balanced' category).
Qualifying Growth category investments are approved by New Zealand Trade and Enterprise (NZTE). Qualifying Balanced category investments are approved by Immigration New Zealand.
Greener Pastures New Zealand offers the Greener Pastures Diversified Fund which is an approved managed fund under the Active Investor Plus visa programme.
This Greener Pastures investment offering has been designed specifically for the visa, with better liquidity options than other qualifying investments and aims to achieve diversified risk and return profiles. It is managed by Origin Capital Partners, the parent company of Greener Pastures New Zealand, an established fund manager based in New Zealand.
