Options
From Year 4 after capital commitment, units may be transferred with the consent of the Manager and may be listed on third-party platforms for sale to non-AIP investors. An investor may also request redemption of some or all of its units.
Efficient Capital Allocation
An investor is considered fully invested per the visa requirements from the date of commitment to the Fund, ahead of capital being called.
